Granted, I'm a strong female, with a strong personality which sometimes comes off too strong and gets interpreted in ways which I did not mean it to. But when I say to someone, I think you need to get to know me better in order for us to work together and be able to cooperate fully in order to lead as a team to the best of our potential, I am unsure what there is to misunderstand about that. I get so frustrated with simple minded people who are unable to understand the simplcity of their own actions. When one person feeds a signal, and you interpret it, there is communication taking place. So why are you not understanding what I am saying? WHY!
