Spanish is a beautiful language. It becomes even more beautiful when a mother speaks the language to her son, and her son replies in English.

For some reason, witnessing this exchange made me smile and yearn to speak another language, one that could possibly express things that don't exist in my limited tongue.

I can identify. Of course, for thoughts, can one ever control both the transmission and the reception, in any language? One could easily argue both sides of that subject. Not to get all Wittgensteinian on that, but you know what I'm saying... language itself has its own constraints, all on its own...
